At Entry Point North we are well aware that Air Traffic Management is entirely dependent on human beings. Our staff have the relevant training and experience combined with the right human qualities.

Entry Point North’s permanent team of training specialists consists of highly qualified Air Traffic Management professionals with at least two years’ practical experience and an additional two years’ experience within the subject which they teach.

Moreover, in order to maintain close contact with the involved service providers, we also recruit Air Traffic Control instructors on short-term contracts from our customers to participate in training.

All instructors, conducting theoretical training, are required to be educated and trained in classroom instructional techniques. We are constantly testing our instructors’ professional and teaching skills.

Other members of the staff at Entry Point North have typically worked with aviation for many years in the respective Air Navigation Service Providers of the Scandinavian countries.
