Each year, we conduct as many as 2,000 ability tests to identify and select the best suited ones to admit at the initial training programmes for aspiring air traffic controllers or air traffic services operators.
The main objective is to provide our customers with the top performing students, both from the point of view of their competences gained after training, and also from a behavioural and social perspective. We process a high number of air traffic control candidates each year using the latest FEAST selection and other recruitment tools. Entry Point North is among the largest Eurocontrol recognised FEAST test users in Europe.
By using the test and selection tool we increase the chance that the aspiring students successfully complete the ATCO training. Together with the customer, Entry Point North strives to refine the recruitment process in terms of validity in order to continuously improve the success rate of the students, thus providing our customers a good return on their investment in training.
Today, we are proud to show that our customers benefit of a success rate of 90% on initial training. This is due to the focus given to selecting the candidates that have the highest potential of becoming qualified ATCOs at the end of unit training.
