Selection Phase 3 - The Interview
Selection Phase 3 in the selection process is a semi-structured interview that aims to assess the candidate’s: motivation; cooperation skills; flexibility; social adaptability; consciousness; emotional stability; determination; communication and knowledge of his or hers strengths and limitations.

The air navigation service provider’s national recruitment function will administer the semi-structured interview.

Candidates who successfully pass the interview will proceed to phase four of the selection process.
