Entry Point North also offers Assessor courses to train Air Traffic Control specialists as professional assessors. Participants are given tools to conduct assessments in an expert way, define roles and handle conflicts. Evaluating colleagues as an assessor is a challenging role and assessors therefore need knowledge and relevant skills in communication. This course will provide them with the training they need to be a competent assessor.
